While signing up, you can enter your Paypal email address. or if you have entered any different email address while registering,then also at anytime you can go to My Acoount =>Settings=>Account Settings=> and here you can enter your paypal email id.If your country is not listed in PayPal then no need of PayPal email id. What are the
limitations?
There really are no limitations. You must have an HB account to start.and should be careful in your activites for not getting banned for violating any of the Terms and Conditions.All points are estimates and are subject to change until final payments are made.
If we see any violations,your account will be cancelled.
Also if your account is inactive for more than 3 months,your account will be deleted and you will not be able to claim your earnings.So if you are sure you will not be using HB for more than 3 months,then contact admin or staff here to freeze your account and not to delete.Hence once you return,you can claim your previous earnings too.You get paid for your activity points so it is up to you as to how much time and effort you put into this program. If you contribute you will earn money!and you can see your activity points in your homepage and also in your My Account page.

First users get the blue star.
Once reached 600 points ( 5 blue stars ) they start to get a yellow star.
Once reached 1500 points ( 5 yellow stars ) they start to get a red inner star.
Once reached 4000 points ( 5 red inner stars ) they have reached all the stars
